Lexington, KY – December 5th, 2022 - To formalize their commitment to work together to ensure the continued growth, development, and global recognition of the Certified Public Procurement Officer® and Certified Professional Public Buyer® certification programs, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between Universal Public Procurement Certification Council (UPPCC) and the Florida Association of Public Procurement Officials, Inc. (FAPPO).

Lexington, KY – November 1, 2022 - The Universal Public Procurement Certification Council (UPPCC) is pleased to announce and congratulate the 145 individuals who have successfully completed the Fall 2022 certification examinations. To date, the UPPCC has certified 14,522 professionals in 8 countries, 10 provinces and territories in Canada, and in 53 of the states and territories of the United States.
