UPPCC Announces 2003 Fully Certified Agencies

September 16, 2003 - In conjunction with the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) 58th Annual Forum and Products Exposition in Nashville, Tennessee, the Universal Public Purchasing Certification Council (UPPCC) announced the name of those agencies that have achieved the distinguished and unique honor of being fully certified.

Based on the UPPCC eligibility requirements, the Council chose to recognize those organizations that have met the specific criteria based on job responsibilities within the procurement function with additional requirements for eligibility based on education and public sector experience.
